  • WFS PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED FOR INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED ATHLETES LOOKING AT CHALLENGING THEIR PHYSICAL FITNESS AND PUSHING THEIR CAPACITY TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

  • ALTHOUGH WFS PROGRAMS CONTAINS FUNCTIONAL FITNESS AND CROSSFIT STYLE WORKOUTS, I PURPOSELY DO NOT PROGRAM ANY GYMNASTICS OR TECHNICALLY DIFFICULT EXERCISES SUCH AS SNATCHES, MUSCLE UPS, DOUBLE UNDERS ETC. THE MOST TECHNICALLY DIFFICULT MOVEMENT IS THE CLEAN WHICH IS PROGRAMMED ALMOST EVERY WEEK.

  • ABSOLUTELY! WFS PROGRAMS WERE DESIGNED SO THAT YOU CAN RUN THEM REPEATEDLY. ITS ADVISED ONCE YOU COMPLETE A PROGRAM TO TAKE A FEW DAYS OFF AND RESTART THE PROGRAM WITH YOUR NEW PHYSICAL FITNESS LEVEL AS THE BENCHMARK.

  • ALL WORKOUTS AND EXERCISES WERE DESIGNED SO THAT THE AVERAGE ATHLETE WOULD HAVE ACCESS TO ANY NEEDED EQUIPMENT IN A TYPICAL LOCAL GYM SUCH AS BARBELL, DUMBBELLS, CABLES, ETC. HAVING ACCESS TO A TRACK AND A CROSSFIT GYM MAY HELP BUT IS NOT NECESSARY AT ALL. SOME WORKOUTS DO REQUIRE A ROWER BUT THAT CAN BE SUPPLEMENTED WITH RUNNING IF NECESSARY.
